Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 15, 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of TerryDerosierMusic.com, the website for Terry Derosier and Cowboy Singers & Guitar Pickers. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
Using this website
You may browse this website, listen through the linked music services, view photos, and contact us about performances, press, or merchandise. Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit misleading or harmful messages.
Music, photos, and other material
Music, artwork, photographs, text, logos, and other materials belong to their respective owners. Browsing or downloading a file does not transfer ownership or grant permission to resell, alter, or commercially reuse it. Contact us for permission to reproduce material. Press materials made available for download may be used to accurately promote or report on the show, with appropriate credit and respect for any rights notices supplied with them.
Performance inquiries and bookings
Sending an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking. Availability, fees, travel, equipment, payment, cancellation, and other event arrangements must be agreed separately in writing. A signed booking agreement, when provided, governs the performance and takes precedence over these general website terms for that booking.
Merchandise
The current website accepts merchandise inquiries by email and does not process online payments. Product availability, price, shipping, and any applicable return or cancellation terms will be provided before an order is agreed. Do not send payment card information by email. If a separate store is linked in the future, review its purchase terms before ordering. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
External services
Links to Spotify, YouTube, Amazon Music, Apple Music, Facebook, Instagram, and other third-party websites take you to independently operated services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their availability, content, or account practices.
Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate, but information may contain errors or change, and uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Please confirm important details directly with us before making travel, booking, or purchase arrangements.
SMS Text Messaging Terms
Business identity and message types
Terence C. Derosier LLC DBA Terry Derosier Music is a Minnesota business providing music and live entertainment featuring Terry Derosier and Cowboy Singers & Guitar Pickers. If you separately opt in, you may receive non-marketing text messages about booking inquiries and event arrangements, and/or marketing text messages about original music, shows, and merchandise. Messages are sent from (651) 369-5444. We send only the message types you consent to receive.
Optional consent
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, booking, or submitting an inquiry. Providing a phone number alone does not enroll you in text messages. Marketing and non-marketing text messages have separate opt-in choices.
Opt-out and rejoining
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to (651) 369-5444. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Help and support
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” for more assistance, or get help directly at [email protected].
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
Privacy and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains how the current website and contact process handle information. You are responsible for sending only information you are authorized to share.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Updates do not alter an existing signed agreement unless separately agreed. Any rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain in effect.
